Shipping policy

Free Worldwide Shipping — No Hidden Fees

Every MyPetDollar order ships free, to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum order and no surcharge at checkout.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: usually 7–20 business days after processing, depending on your country and local postal services.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package at any time.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, at no extra cost.

Customs and duties

For most destinations, prices include everything needed for delivery. In rare cases, local customs may charge import fees set by your country. These fees are not controlled by MyPetDollar.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us. We will resend your order or refund it in full.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours if you need to correct it.
